I was asked to lead the mobile product management and development of Tout's mobile video capture tool. Tout was initially created to be a social sharing video platform. When Vine and Instragram Video exploded, Tout then pivoted to become a publishing tool for journalists in the field. The tool attracted many major news organizations and is now used today to share live video for breaking news.
I was responsible for various UX direction and features, including the video editing functionality and video upload optimizations for differing cellular networks.
