Acted as lead product manager and product designer for this application. Took a 3.5-star app on iOS/Android and grew it to a 4+ star app on both platforms, tripling the user base. Leveraging qualitative and quantitative data, I was able to determine users consisted primarily of small business owners and designed features, including text autoresponder and customer service chatbot to serve them.

 
 

AI Chatbots

Responsible for the design and implementation of AI chatbots for Verizon messages. This project required us to design a new section for our customers to access third-party and Verizon’s customer service chatbot, which we designed, trained, and launched to over 20m users.

Reminders

Responsible for the design of UX flows, requirements, and user stories and implementation. I received a patent pending for this innovation feature that allows users to set reminders for themselves or others based on a text message. The reminder would be auto-populated and the user can then set it as a one-time or recurring reminder.
